WPC, or Wood Plastic Composite, is an innovative, eco-conscious building material. Crafted from 60%-50% natural wood/bamboo fibers (subjected to a Professional Dry treatment), 30%-40% eco-friendly HDPE materials, and 5%-10% chemical additives such as anti-UV agents, antioxidants, reinforcing agents, stabilizers, coloring agents, antifungal agents, and coupling agents. This blend ensures durability while promoting sustainability.

2. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
There is no specific MOQ required. However, pricing may vary based on the order size.

3. What are your payment terms?
We require a 30% T/T deposit upfront, with the remainder due before shipping or against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L). We also accept Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight or other arrangements.

4. What are the costs and production time for samples?
If you would like to examine samples first, they are provided free of charge. However, you are responsible for the shipping cost, which will be refunded upon confirmation of a bulk order.

5. How long is the mass production time for a 20ft container?
The production time ranges from 10 to 15 days.

6. What is the designated export port?
Our products can be shipped from Shanghai port, Nanjing port, or Wuhu port.

7. Can custom labels with our logo be applied to the boards?
Absolutely! Just provide us with the label design, and we will affix your personalized label onto the boards.

8. Is the installation of the WPC board complex?
Not at all, installation is straightforward. You can use the same tools as you would for real wood. Secure the board to the substructure using clips.
